Summary of Role: Set and merchandise product displays ensuring the products meet company standards and expectations.
Hours:
- Full time (30+ per week)
- Days vary Monday - Saturday
- Shift: 5:00 am - 1:00pm
Job duties:
- Check in and box cakes
- Check in, code and merchandise product
- Guest service as needed
- Condense and keep product in an organized manner
- Responsible to packaging supplies organized
- Responsible to keep back of the house clean and orderly
- Other duties as assigned
- Comply with the Company Handbook and all Busken Bakery Policies & Procedures
Qualifications:
- Professional verbal communication skills
- Positive tone and upbeat personality
- Service oriented/minded
- Solution oriented
- Enjoys and ability to multi task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Some cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work as part of the team
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lift over 25 pounds on a consistent basis
- Ability to bend, stoop and stand for up to 8 hour shifts
Busken Bakery, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on skill and experience along with health, dental, 401K and other benefits. All candidates who are offered a position will be required to successfully complete a background check.
Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
